LYMFACE  —  a unique approach to facial therapy

LYMFACE is a natural facial therapy clinic located in South Florida. We work with facial muscles, lymph flow, and tissue quality without injections or machine procedures. All treatments are done only by experienced hands — our approach is focused on natural work with the face without aggressive intervention.

The main goal of LYMFACE is to help reduce the effects of modern life stress stress, muscle tension, and poor blood circulation. The studio’s treatments are focused on reducing puffiness, tension in the jaw area, loss of tissue tone, and changes in the facial contour. Also, one of the main principles of our approach is deep relaxation, which helps clients lower their overall tension  —  both physical and mental.

Our Story

The founder of the studio is Valentina Mironova, a specialist with a medical background and many years of experience in aesthetics and wellness. From 2007 to 2014, she managed spa and cosmetology businesses in Russia while also working in dentistry. During her residency studies, Valentina worked with technologies used to evaluate chewing muscle tension before dental prosthetics. That was when she first saw how muscle condition affects facial structure and balance. After moving to the United States, she continued developing her own facial massage system based on deep tissue work with the face.

Initially, the project worked as a Miami Face Gym, but later received a new name — LYMFACE. The rebranding reflected the studio’s growth: the focus moved from facial massage to a complex approach to muscle tension and lymphatic flow.

“We are used to training the body, watching our posture and muscles, but we constantly forget about the face. Even though facial muscles work by the same principles”

Valentina Mironova, LYMFACE's Founder

Among the main directions of the studio are lymphatic drainage massage, sculpt and buccal techniques, as well as Clinical Face Massage — a treatment that combines several methods for deep work with facial muscles, reduction of puffiness, and relaxation of tense areas. These treatments are based on anatomy knowledge and work with muscle tension. At LYMFACE, facial therapy is seen not as a fight against age, but as a careful and gentle approach to facial care.

“The face often becomes a reflection of chronic tension. That is why LYMFACE is a synergy of medicine, the beauty industry, and work with the general condition of a person,” the founder concludes.
